Before the MCU was the absolute beast that it is today, Marvel was popping out little origin movies for characters as a lead up to the first Avengers movie. With the first Thor movie, they took us on a very tilted adventure to Asgard and introduced the God of Thunder, played by Chris Hemsworth. Although it was a fun time, there were a lot of weird decisions that must have gone into making the movie. What was Loki’s plan exactly? Why did Odin make such weird decisions?
